Premiums on hard red winter wheat in Kansas City were unchanged to 8c a bu higher last week. Adjustments were posted on wheat with protein from 11.6% through 12.8%. The basis across the rest of the protein scale was unchanged and largely untested. Wide declines in Kansas City wheat futures added to the burden of the cash basis in originating wheat.
