Timothy LeBel has been promoted to vice-president of sales at Mars Chocolate North America. In his new role leading the Mars Chocolate sales organization, Mr. LeBel will oversee strategy and execution of retail management, customer account teams, field sales, customer development and customer experiences. As a member of the Mars senior management team, he also will play an active role in industry events. A 24-year veteran of the company, Mr. LeBel previously led strategies and in-store execution across a variety of retail channels with sales experience in chocolate and pet care divisions at Mars. Mr. LeBel has a bachelor's degree in marketing and finance from the University of New Hampshire and a master of business administration in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University.
