Repaint due for Spanish museum's Mitchell

North American B-25J Mitchell 44-29121 is to receive a fresh coat of paint at the Spanish Air Force's Museo del Aire in Cuatro Vientos, Madrid. The Mitchell, which flew on the US civil register as N86427, was abandoned at Malaga Airport after making an emergency landing during the filming of the 1979 movie Cuba. Also at Cuatro Vientos, two ex-Spanish Air Force Dassault Mirages have been assigned to private organisation Fundacion General Peralba for preservation and display, after being in storage. Mirage F-1BM CE.14-30/14-76 and F-1M C.14-73/14-45 are still owned by the Spanish Air Force.
