FUJI-IMVAC, distributed by Great Planes Model Distributors, P.O. Box 9021, Champaign, IL 61826, has introduced the FUJI-IMVAC BT-34B and BT-34EI Gasoline Engines. Fuji-Imvac's BT-34 gasoline engines offer more displacement than the BT-32, for more power and perfor- mance, along with a new crankcase design and easier mounting. The rear-mounted muffler is very lightweight and compact for fitting inside more cowls to preserve scale looks. Other upgrades include a dual ball bearing-supported crankshaft, redesigned scavenger port, a quality Walbro carb and Champion spark plug. Modelers can now choose the BT-34B with reliable, solid-state ATM starting, or the excellent power-to-weight ratio, higher tip-end rpm and lower idle rpm of the BT-34EI with Electronic Ignition System.
