Avionics boost for Beechjet 400A, Hawker 400XP users

Garmin has secured approval from the US Federal Aviation Administration to install its G5000 avionics suite in the Beechjet 400A and its successor, the Hawker 400XP. The supplemental type certificate (STC), secured on 29 August, should give a new lease of life to the out-of-production light business jets, introduced in 1990 and 2003 respectively.
