Evac+Chair sees MBO

Evac+Chair was bought out by business partners Gerard Wallace and Ian Thompson from previous owner Mark Wallace. The management buyout (MBO) was funded by outside investment, with Mark Wallace's shares acquired, and Gerard Wallace will replace him as managing director, while Thompson will take on the role of sales and marketing director. This comes 35 years after the company was founded and following a previous MBO.
