In the published version, we claim that there is no Lee-extremal self-dual code of length 22 with an automorphism of type 5-(2,22), and there are exactly 106 inequivalent Lee-extremal self-dual codes of length 22 with an automorphism of type 5-(4,2). However, we confirm that in fact there exist 23 inequivalent Lee-extremal self-dual codes of length 22 with an automorphism of type 5-(2,22), and there are exactly 113 inequivalent Lee-extremal self-dual codes of length 22 with an automorphism of type 5-(4,2).
