Election results

Ballots for the 2014 AFS election were mailed to members along with the dues renewal notices last November. Two positions were in contention. We received 160 votes for Dr. James Caponetti to serve another term as AFS Treasurer, with no write-in votes. We also received 160 votes to elect Dr. Eric Schuettpelz as President-Elect, with no write-in votes. Both of these terms will take effect at the conclusion of the Society's annual meeting, to be held in Boise, Idaho, this coming July.
