Statistical investigations of gigahertz scintillations due to ionospheric irregularities in the Indian zone

摘要

Some useful results of statistical investigations of ionospheric scintillations at gigahertz frequencies are reported in this paper. Temporal power spectral densities for weak and strong scintillations at both C and L bands, 50% decorrelation times and ground decorrelation scales are also presented and discussed.
