The 13 th International Conference 'New Trends in Fatigue and Fractur' (NT2F13) is the 13th in this series of Conferences on Fatigue and Fracture, which was held at Mechanical Engineering Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences in Moscow, Russia, in May 2013. The NT2F conference was founded by Professor G. Pluvinage (University of Metz, France) in 2000 as an annual meeting of the 'Without Walls European Institute on Fatigue and Fracture'.
