BMT Nigel Gee and support vessel operator co-operating on new range

BMT Nigel Gee and UK operator Turbine Transfers are to co-operate on the development of a range of vessels to service offshore wind farms. The first to be built, a 19m catamaran, will be launched next year by Holyhead Marine in Anglesey, North Wales.rnDescribing the background to the partnership, BMT says, "Turbine Transfers, one ofrnthe leading providers of support vessels to the offshore windfarm industry, has chosen BMT Nigel Gee as the designers of its new series of multi-purpose wind farm support vessels.
