Triyards goes aggressively solo

Triyards Holdings, the engineering and fabrication arm of Singapore-based offshore contractor Ezra Holdings, is leveraging on its independence since being listed as a stand-alone company in Singapore in October last year. The 67% Ezra-owned company said the spin-off provided stronger investor branding as it is now an independent offshore yard no longer tied to Ezra, allowing it to seek funds for its own expansion.
