The Duluth Seaway Port Authority in Minnesota, United States, has named Jason Paulson as its incoming facilities manager. He will serve as the link between governmental agencies and private contractors, overseeing the safe and efficient use of authority-owned land and facilities. "Jason is uniquely qualified to provide us with an almost seamless transition in this position," said Vanta Coda, the port authority's executive director. In August the role expanded to include port planning. Former facilities manager Jim Sharrow now oversees the agency's maritime policy, risk management, and security plans.
