PetroChina aims to create Port Klang bunkering hub

PetroChina has leased fuel oil storage tanks in Malaysia's Port Klang to develop the port into a regional bunkering hub. Port Klang currently has 220,000 m~3 of available capacity for fuel oil. The Chinese oil trader is believed to have leased all of it last month. The port expects to see bunker sales of 120,000 tonnes/month and might hit a high of 250,000 tonnes/month.
