This book, which is the result of 3 years of work between Medef (the French Confederation of Business Enterprises), experts and political decision-makers in different European capitals, aims to demonstrate to what extent Europe requires a vision and project. It calls for mobilisation, from the perspective of the June 2009 elections. Faced with globalisation, Europe must rediscover a sense of practicality with strong commitment from civil society and enterprises. They need a strong Europe, says the author, who is the vice-president of Eurocommerce.
