OECD highlights potential and risks of transition

The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) encourages the EU member states to implement active labour market and skills policies as a way of facilitating the transition to a low-carbon economy. In a report, published on 4 June, the OECD stresses the employment potential of this transition as well as the risks for high-carbon jobs.
