A Note on State-Space Properties of Discrete-Time (J, J' )-Contractive Systems

Based on the Kalman-Szegoe-Yakubovich-Popov Lemma, an appropriate version of the Bounded Real Lemma for both (J, J')-contractive and (J, J')-lossless discrete-time systems is obtained. These results play an important role in the J-lossless factorization approach to the H~∞ control problem.
