Environmental Protection and Markets in Waste Management The Transposition of Directive 2008/98/EC into the Italian Legal System

This work represents an initial approach to the complex relationship between regulations on waste and market underlining some points of contact, existing contradictions and attempts to reach satisfactory judicial solutions, in the light of the principles and of community jurisprudence. It cannot, however, be considered to provide an exhaustive study.
