Barriers to Entry, Article 86 EC and the Abuse of a Dominant Position: An Economic Critique of European Community Competition Law

This article is a critical appraisal of how the European Commission and Court have approached the question of entry barriers in their decisions under Article 86 EC. The focus is on the European competition authorities' treatment of so-called 'exclusionary abuses' and the effect of these decisions on competition.
