It s already been seen as a concept, but now the MINI Roadster is officially a production car. This is not the MINI Cooper Convertible, which is [in principle, if not in practice] a four-seater. Consider the Roadster an open-top version of the recent swoopy-roofed Coupe two-seater. Engine choices are also just like the Coupe's: a basic 121-hp 1.6-liter four-potter, a hotter 181-hp Sand a hottest 208-hp John Cooper Works version. The fabric roof is operated manually.
