The market for absorption chillers for process cooling and air conditioning in buildings has been growing stable for years -depending on the capacity range between 3 to 5 % in Germany. Last year a total of about 130 absorption cooling systems were installed: 6.3 MW cooling capacity with absorption cooling machines below 200 kW and about 38.7 MW cooling capacity with equipment over 200 kW per absorption cooling machine.
