Coming soon: Low Energy District Heating

摘要

Aresearch project in Denmark shows that district heating is a relevant option for low energy buildings even in low density areas. Detailed measuring results of the district heating water for a group of low energy houses prove that grid loss can be reduced substantially and the supply temperature can be lowered to about 55 ℃ or less without impairing the comfortable living. New technologies are being developed and tested in order to match up the district heating system with the extremely energy efficient buildings; high precision ultrasonic heat meters are the eyes and ears that deliver vital data for trouble shooting and analytical purposes. The meters track heat losses, map consumer habits and document the best technological innovations.
