Case study of low temperature district heating

摘要

Low temperature district heating (DH) represents an innovative approach to increase the share of low temperature renewable resources, such as solar thermal energy, ambient heat or industrial waste heat, in the heat market. A lower temperature also entails the advantage of an overall better performance of the heat supply system, e.g. due to reduced heat losses, and thus, a lower primary energy consumption.
