Mit neuem Konzept zu optimalen Stoffströmen im Recycling von Elektrogeräten

Currently the influence of economic and ecologic factors on recycling of complex goods has tremendously increased. Research and development of these processes are the key tasks for the future in order to satisfy the high demands on recycling. Especially the recycling of consumer electronics is difficult because of the dense complexity of the devices. Traditional methods of recycling are not sufficient to fulfil the high demands. Only the combination of conventional processes shows the way to a successful treatment of electronic scrap. The first step is to separate the undefined material flow ,,electronic scrap" into defined charges of material. A manual separation of the devices is necessary because pollutants have to be sorted out. The development of a new shredder machine was a big step to reach the goal of better recycling of consumer electronics: A slow moving shredder separates the metals from the plastic material in order to lead each material flow to an individual treatment. In the hammer mill of the shredder machine the different sorts of metal are crushed until every charge is ready to be finished. With the invention of the new technology a new way for recycling of complex goods is prepared: All partners concerned with recycling in any way should face the challenge.%Die Anforderungen an Recyclingverfahren nehmen sowohl in ökonomischer als auch ökologischer Hinsicht stetig zu. Das Recycling von Elektrogeräten ist mit den zur Zeit verwendeten Verfahren nicht optimal zu betreiben. Nur durch ein Kombinationsverfahren aus manueller Demontage und anschließender mechanischer Aufbereitung ist ein optimales Recycling des Konsumgutes Elektrogeräte zu erreichen. Der Undefinierte Sekundärrohstoff Elektroschrott wird zunächst durch manuelle Vorbehandlung in definierte Stoffströme separiert. Durch die Entwicklung einer neuen Aufbereitungsanlage, die im ersten Schritt durch einen langsamlaufenden Zerkleinerer den anfallenden Stoffstrom in Metall- und Nicht-Metallstrom kalibriert und in den weiteren Trennstufen die Nachzerkleinerung des Metallstroms vornimmt, wird eine optimale Behandlung erreicht.
