New ES&T Print, On-line Editions Planned for 1996

In this era of burgeoning scientific and professional information and shrinking amounts of time to keep up with it all, Environmental Science & Technology will introduce next year two new products intended to make ES&T more accessible and useful to a broad spectrum of environmental professionals. Beginning in January, we will produce a print publication, ES&T News and Research Notes, which will contain the current ES&T magazine section (the "A" pages) plus a new section of abstracts from the research articles published that month. In early 1996 ES&T will also introduce a World Wide Web subscription service containing the full text of News, feature articles, Research and Policy Analysis articles, Research Communications, and Correspondence. Of course, we will continue to publish ES&T in its present form for those who wish to receive the complete research articles plus the "A" pages.
