Now in its 56th volume of publication, the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistryrnpublishes research from around the world, and has an Editorial Advisory Board that reflects that international audience with representatives from North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.rnIn recent years, roughly 80% of all published research in the journal originated from outside the United States with the research from Asia continuing to increase annually.rnIn recognition of the international growth of the journal, we took some time to visit with Dr. Zhen-Yu Chen of the Chinese University of Hong Kong who serves as a JAFC Associate Editor.
