"In the State Agencies" contains summaries of notable state regulatory developments reported during the month of February 2021. The entries are arranged by state, and within each section, entries are further subdivided by subject matter. The Department of Environmental Conservation proposed to amend Alaska Admin. Code tit. 18, §§75.065 and 75.066. The proposed amendments would incorporate current industry standards for the installation, operation, and maintenance of above-ground storage tanks.The Air Resources Board proposed to amend its consumer products regulations. The amendments would require various consumer products, including antiperspirants and deodor¬ants, to meet reduced standards for volatile organic com¬pounds. See 6-Z Cal.
