The Alabama Department of Environmental Management proposed to adopt Ala. Admin. Code r. 335-6-5-.23. The adoption would establish requirements for dental dischargers. The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation proposed to amend the regulations for proof of financial responsibility that must be provided by persons who operate certain oil facilities and vessels. The proposed amendments would increase the dollar amounts of proof of responsibility by 4.5%. The California Energy Commission proposed to adopt Cal. Code Regs. tit. 20, §§1601-1609, regulations related to replacement dedicated-purpose pool pump motors (RDPPPM) and dedicated-purpose pool pumps (DPPP). The regulations would adopt the federal standards for DPPP and provide statewide standards for RDPPPM in the appliance efficiency regulations. See 8-Z Cal. Regulatory Notice Reg. 292 (Feb. 21,2020).
