Green Week 2005 takes a look at climate change

The European Commission's annual environmental conference and exhibition Green Week kicks off on 31 May with this year's theme climate change. On the opening day the Commission says it "intends to keep everyone on their toes since climate change is an ongoing challenge." Entitled "getting to grips with climate change" the programme has sessions dedicated to "the urgency of the problem", "the climate challenge in the 21st century", "teaching about climate change", "hot campaign or cool campaign" and "climate change on air! Broadcasting the world's biggest story."
