Member states unhappy with finalised REACH guidance

The REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) guidance document on substances in articles has been finalised, despite criticism by member states and green groups that the provisions on bio accumulative, toxic or very persistent substances such as carcinogens and mutagens are not strict enough.
