A no-frills, jargon-free introduction to registration dossiers for REACH chemical substances has this month been published by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) aiming to iron out any obligation misunderstandings under registration.rnThe "Guidance in a Nutshell" is pitched at companies' managers and decision-makers producing, importing and/or supplying articles in the EEA with little experience with chemicals regulatory affairs.
