Bulgaria's capital Sofia, that has been battling waste disposal issues for years, is still looking for ways to dispose of the remaining 90,000 tonnes of waste bales (out of an original 600,000 tonnes) dumped and rotting near the capital, according to the country's news agency Novinite.
