Zero landfill for plastics possible, says Potocnik

All member states should work towards attaining zero landfill of plastics, European Environment Commissioner Janez Potocnik told a high level dinner meeting last week. "I believe that zero landfilling of plastic waste is achievable and that we should work towards it," he told the British Chamber of Commerce event in Brussels.
