Denmark eyes new pesticides tax for farmers

Denmark is considering introducing a new pesticide tax on farmers to "encourage" them to use fewer and less harmful pesticides, it announced last week. The Ministry of Environment has drafted the proposal with the aim of cutting applications by a third.
