US: Class certification denied again in BPA baby bottle suit

A federal judge has denied class certification for a group of Missouri plaintiffs who have brought complaints against three manufacturers of polycarbonate baby bottles that allegedly contained bisphenol A - the second denial of certification for the plaintiffs in the past six months. The proposed class cannot be certified because it includes individuals who "have not suffered injury in fact" and lack standing, writes Judge Otrie D.
