France: Green groups point the way to a 'truly circular economy'

Shortly before France opened its second annual environmental conference, six green associations released their roadmap to "a truly circular economy", which aims among other goals, to boost recycling and reuse activities. The 18 September roadmap, published two days before the start of the conference, contains 24 measures to extend the life of products and reduce their toxicity, optimise organic waste management, promote reuse and recycling, and finance the circular economy.
