The Environmental Protection Agency will make no changes to four air toxics standards regulating eight industries, the agency said in a final rule released Dec. 12.rnThe final rule, which will be published in the Federal Register, covers national emissions standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAPs) for the polysulfide rubber production, ethylene propylene rubber production, butyl rubber production, neoprene rubber production, epoxy resins production, non-nylon polyamides production, acetal resins production, and hydrogen fluoride production industries.
