The Energy and Environment Subcommittee has oversight responsibility for the Environmental Protection Agency, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and the Department of Energy's Office of Science.rn"I am extremely concerned with climate change and ocean acidification," Baird said in a statement.
