Certified Environmental Services Inc., N.D.N.Y., No. 09-CR-319, 10/12/10).rnTwo managers and one employee of the company, Certified Environmental Services Inc. (CES), were also found guilty of similar charges by the jury in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.
