Study Finds E-Waste Recycling Volume Could Grow More Than 700 Percent by 2025

Anew independent study finds that the electronic waste recycling industry could expand by more than 700 percent globally over the next 15 years. According to the report, which was prepared by clean technology market research firm Pike Research, reuse and recycling of electronics will rise from 1.1 million tons in 2010 to 7.9 million tons by 2025, an increase of 718 percent.
