The Nebraska Supreme Court has decided it will not consider under original jurisdiction a lawsuit over the constitutionality of a recently passed state law that would allow the state Department of Environmental Quality to proceed with a route evaluation for TransCanada Corp.'s proposed Keystone XL Pipeline (Thompson v. Heineman, Neb., No. S33-120005, application to commence original action denied 5/30/12).
