The top official for the upcoming U.N. Conference on Sustainable Development on March 6 downplayed what substantive results, if any, the event might produce when it is held in Rio de Janeiro in June.The U.N. summit, known as Rio+20, "needs indicators to measure whether sustainable development goals are being reached. But I don't believe there will be time to work them out at the conference," Sha Zukang, secretary-general for the summit, said at a news conference in Rio de Janeiro.
