Stewardship Council Adopts Final Version Of Plan for Managing San Joaquin Delta

California's Delta Stewardship Council has finalized a blueprint for long-term management of water and environmental resources in the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta and Suisun Marsh. At a May 16-17 meeting in Sacramento, the seven-member council voted unanimously to adopt the Delta Plan, certify the related environmental document, and approve a set of proposed regulations to enforce and implement the plan.
