Some industry groups are praising early outreach efforts by the Environmental Protection Agency as it makes preparations to regulate greenhouse gas emissions from existing power plants under the Clean Air Act. The groups and EPA said initial discussions for the upcoming greenhouse gas new source performance standards for existing power plants have been open and productive.
