U.S. Businesses Push for Carbon Price At Paris Talks on Global Climate Deal

A group of environmentally minded U.S. businesses is using the climate change talks in Paris to send a message to Congress: Put a price on carbon. The American Sustainable Business Council and some of its members, which include companies such as Seventh Generation and Ben & Jerry's, has representatives at the United Nations negotiations pushing for a national, economywide carbon tax as a "business-friendly" solution to climate change.
