Bill to Clarify Scope of Clean Water Act Expected Later This Spring, Gibbs Says

Rep. Bob Gibbs (R-Ohio) said he and Rep. Bill Shus-ter (R-Pa.) will complete a bill this spring that would address the Clean Water Act's jurisdiction over certain waters and wetlands and would address what they see as the shortcomings of the proposed waters of the U.S. rule.
