Democrats Denounce Federal Fracking Rule As Too Weak to Ease Concerns on Pollution

New federal regulations on hydraulic fracturing for oil and gas operations were attacked from both sides of the aisle but especially the Democratic side during a March 26 congressional hearing. On the same day, another attack came in the form of a lawsuit filed by Wyoming against the rule.
