EPA Formally Proposes Fee System For Hazardous Waste Electronic Manifest

The Environmental Protection Agency will accept comments until Sept. 26 on a proposal to set user fees for its hazardous waste transport electronic manifest system. The proposal, which the EPA floated in late June and will be published in the Federal Register July 26, aims to meet the full costs of the electronic system (RIN:2050-AG80), known as e-Manifest.
