An upcoming meeting of the Group of 20 major economies in Beijing focusing on green finance could be one of the last chances for the leaders of China and the U.S. to cement their legacies on climate change. As part of its G20 presidency, China is launching a new study group on how to direct financial flows toward green investments, which meets for the first time Jan. 25-26.
