The Interior Department is considering tweaking a federal renewables plan in California to allow Intersect Power LLC to build a solar project in an area already targeted for solardevelopment.The Bureau of Land Management on Wednesday announced that it’s conducting an environmental review of the proposed 500-megawatt Oberon Solar Project, which could power about200,000 homes.
